I make my own. Just use your Excel program. It's not that difficult.

If you have Microsoft Word I can give you our club's card template that I made. Just shoot me a pm if you are interested.

I've made a few over the years. If you tell me how many holes and a format you can use, I may be able to send you one.

Somebody here might be able to help me out...

I once saw a scorecard that was set up to track performance on each hole, you could record the shot type, number of putts, score etc. Really nice little setup. It was on a site set up by a golfer, but for the life of me I can't find the dern thing.

Anybody know what I'm talking about, and where to go to download the thing? Much thanks!

go to www.gdstour.com (http://www.gdstour.com) and scroll to the bottom, click on articles and its called a practice chart I think. download that and the xhart explaination and you're all set. its a great tool and shows you where you have holes in your game very effectively.

I remember something about Marshall Street (http://www.marshallstreetdiscgolf.com) printing sweet scorecards for clubs that signed up for their Affiliate Club Sponsorship program. (http://www.marshallstreetdiscgolf.com/discgolfsponsorships.html)

I might be smoking crack, but that's my memory. Maybe get in touch with Steve/Jason & check.

Thanks! Not the one I had in mind, but pretty much the same thing. I'm going to start using these in tourney rounds.

Yes, that's the one I designed. You can download it here http://www.gdstour.com/documents/practice_chart.pdf You may want to get the explanation of the scorecard too... here http://www.gdstour.com/documents/practice_chart.jpg if you have any questions about it or you'd like one customized I'll see what I can do.

At my DG Resources group I uploaded a bunch of score cards. There's a blank card that you can easily change. On the card there is a very simple system for tracking your Drives, Approaches, and Putts with asterisks in the score box.

There are also cards for all of the courses in the Triangle of NC. They are Word docs, and within 10 minutes you could change the info to your course. Check out "DG Resources" at http://groups.google.com/group/DGResources and look in the Files section.
