does it tell you how to throw in the wind?

That would have helped so much. But they taught us the different shots and styles to throw and how to throw them correctly, esp. emphasizing throwing forehands flat. There was ALOT more that the video didnt show.

I have to say that I thought the video was pretty pointless. We basically played catch for 2 hours in the hot sun with two discs we don't or won't use. Why? So Mark Ellis could spend 11 minutes and 30 seconds talking, and then they could throw in 30 seconds of us throwing.

Seriously.

Meh, I thought it was fun. (I'm the one in the brown collared shirt and black baseball hat in the video). I had relatively *zero* forehand-throwing confidence going into this, and his instruction helped me notice what my biggest flaws were and at least gain some ground in that area.

If nothing else, we got two free discs that can be traded for models you will throw. Gotta look for that silver lining, bigs! ;)

I had fun in the video. The FLX Challengers are sweet, and the Rattler is really cool. Great for playing catch with buddies, or shooting at baskets that have drop offs, danger, etc, however, worthless in the wind. The practice playing catch for almost 2 hours really helped me in the Tourney. I needed it, as opposed to throwing a bunch of drives and tiring out my arm.
