In the 2007 Innova catalog it shows a new Competition bag due to come out this year. Any news on when that'll be available to the public? Thanks!

I sold one and it was brought back 2 days later. Ive been waiting the grace period to see about other complaints before posting.

The Problem:

The stitching on the putter pocket is weak.

I dont think its that big of a deal, personally. Im actually using the returned bag, as I dont need a putter pocket anyways. If I had to make some complaints about it myself, it would be the lack of space. The drinkholders are small, and Id rather have only one and a good sized pocket, instead of the 2 on 2 its set up for now. ( Or 2 of the small holders and one big pocket, but that would obviously upset the balance. ) I like that its lightweight, and dont mind the colors, but do feel like Im using a knockoff. Not a bad deal for the price, unless you include Quads, then its a little higher end for the quality. Charge the extra $5 and come up with something better, please....and by that I mean better than the Champion bag divider, but along those lines.

Ill be switching back to a Gateway soon,( after 4 years my backpack bag has finally been beat into submission ) but until then it isnt the worse bag Ive used, that honor would go to Lightning.

I don't like the accordian dividers either, but mine didn't come with them.

yeah, the Competition Bag has the U-Channel frame, simple, light, and easy to get discs in and out of from anywhere in the bag.

Post is edited. Your right its the chincy velcro deal, very easy indeed, very crummy as well. I still stand firm on the accordians, but they didnt come with that bag, you are correct.

I inharited the disc sales for our club cause our club presedent walked out and I have one of the competition bags for sale (which its about to be sold) Its the Orange and kakki color. It seems like a nice bag definitely lightweight but I'm wondering on how durable it actually is.

Looks like somebody slapped the putter pocket of the Revo bags on the Gorilla Boy Silverback and decided to make it with 500 cordura instead of 1000 and then decided to top it off with single-stiching... not impressed.

I have the new Champion bag and love it it's more then the touring bag but much better looking and works great also.
