The San Marcos Disc Golf Club is back! Matt Proctor is running things for the club now and changes have already taken place. First, Sunday minis are going already. It is random doubles and sign up is at 4:00 with the rounds starting at 4:30. Second, the course has undergone a redesign. The first tee box is now where #15 basket was at. All of the holes on the course have tee boxes with most of them finished with crushed granite. The final layout of the course is not quite completed but it has some interesting new holes. Third, Matt has contacted the parks and rec. dept of San Marcos and they are wanting to build a 9 hole course in one of the parks in town. :D Many other ideas are flying around so stop by on Sunday to talk to Matt and play some Dubs.

One other thing, this sunday at 3:00, touring pro Jay "Yeti" Reading will be hosting a putting clinic for anyone who is interested in coming out. Come out and see how the pros do things. :cool:
