NOTE: I am aware I made a similar post months ago, however a lot of changes have been made and it is far too late to edit that thread's single post. Remember you can click on any of the first five events in the series right now to pre-register via TitleDisc.com!!!

This is the 4th year of the Michigan-Ohio Border (MOB) Tour. It has grown in size every year, with average turnout size rising from low-50s, to mid-50s, all the way to mid-70s per event in 2006. We are currently accepting pre-registration for the first five events via http://www.titledisc.com/ and were hoping to see that average turnout number skyrocket thanks to it!

(This year our Winter Series we averaged 70 participants for six events, this coming summer should be great!)

Every Toledo Area Disc Golf Association tournament entry includes a $10 valued player pack (if not more) for all Am players. The only thing taken from your tournament entry is the small PDGA Fee and a $2 Series Fee, outside of that it all goes right into the payouts, nothing taken off the top. We have a TD-Sponsored Jumbo Toss (or "Ring of Fire") between rounds, an inexpensive throw-off for a basket, and CTPs for all divisions. The events are also run quickly and professionally by a great and experienced staff.

Hopefully we can see as many new faces as possible out in the coming year! TADGA loves seeing new competition, and remember: your top-six event finishes go into the MOB Series standings (gives you leeway to miss some events) and the payouts for the series have grown every year! Last year's Open champion was PDGA ROY Candidate Geoff Bennett, wonder if anybody can unseat him... Young Ziggy Bierekoven was our Advanced Champ (and he repeated in the Winter Series!)... and we've got stiffer competition every year!

I look forward to some great conversation here and I'll be checking back frequently in case anybody has any questions about a series that is quickly gaining tradition and history, come be a part of that and a whole hell of a lot of fun! Click on any of the first five tournaments names for pre-registration for the events!

If anybody is reluctant to attend our Ottawa Park events due to the lack of concrete long tees... be reluctant no more oh crowd of discers! This Saturday, the 21st of April... we install long pads!! We've also lengthened a few holes out (one of them an easy deuce out to 347/397 from each pad). Ottawa Park is getting a little more fun, so come on out for the Spring Hyzer and the Ottawa Open this summer!

And remember, Pre-Register at TitleDisc.com!
