I just saw some pics of the new colors Bite will be offering the Distance High and Distance Low in. Very cool! Not sure when they will be out, but I look forward to some colors that are more interesting than Birkenstocks.

How are your Bite DG shoes working out? Any feedback?

I got my Bite Shoes around Christmas. I bought them solely for the toe of my left foot dragging on my back hand, right hand follow through. I haven't played nearly the amount of rounds per week on average for the last 3 months. The shoe is wearing out as much if not more then the three pair I bought last year for $9 a pop at Pay-Less shoes. I will be digging up my receipts and other paper work to try and get a refund. They are comfortable, but you can get comfort at a cheaper price. I've seen water proof Merrils for as low as $45.

Be sure to check out Steep and Cheap. Right now there are gortex hikers as the sack deal. The sack deal changes many times during the day. It seems that the gortex shoes come on later in the evening.

So basically, what you are saying is ... any shoe you wear is going to wear out? In that case, you probably are better off wearing cheap throwaway shoes.
I used to have a problem wearing toes out too. But I've learned not to drag my toe now. ;)

No what I'm saying is the bite shoes aren't any better then any other shoe for "protecting the tip of the toe". I'm not trying to bash the shoe or company. It looks like the toe was made more durable for toe dragging, but the looks were decieving. So as a warning to any one else who drags their foot in a muscle memory type sport like disc golf don't buy bite shoes for $80+ when you can wear out a cheaper shoe and save the Bite's for Sunday church.

I just wear mine for Disc Golf. I'm pretty hard on shoes , but I don't drag my feet. The blow out points are awesome as I usually tear through the seam at that point when my foot turns. Any shoe will wear out. I know this as I used to Skateboard Alot. Downhill , Ramps and Pools.

The low tops breathe great when it's sunny out and the grass is dry.

The High Tops are awesome in any terrain !!!! Waterproof and very comfortable !!!!!

it costs alot to create each 1/2 size, it will be there when they can.
