I will be traveling to Zeeland, Michigan next week and I was wanting some info on the courses in the area. I am only going to have time to play one maybe two rounds while I'm there because of work. I also noticed that you guys are going to be having "Texas" winter weather during that time. 50's and 30's. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

I live in Metro Detroit and have never been to the West side of the state, so I can't give any first-hand recommendations; but here's the results from the PDGA
Courses near Zeeland (http://www.pdga.com/course/courses_by_state.php?admin=&SearchZip=&SearchCity=zeeland&SearchState=Michigan&SearchCountry=UNITED+STATES&Search=Search)
The only courses in that list that I've heard of are Timber Ridge, Coldbrook Park, and Flip City. Timber is the closest of the three, but is still 30 miles away :-\

I have never had the opportunity to play Flip City, but my son and many others locally who have tell me that it is a really great course. It's private. I hear people rave about it a lot.
Ben also says that Timber Ridge is great. I learned recently that it is being taken out and I don't know when, although it is promised back in place during Worlds 2008 as a temporary course. If it is still in the ground, you would not want to miss it - it's a ski resort course.

Seeing Terry post in this thread made me think that you might want to post your question in the Ann Arbor Area Disc Indeuced Sports Club (a3disc) forum located under the Clubs section. I would think more people in the Ann Arbor area have played courses on the West side of the state...and it would also be more exposure for your question. :)
