So the place on my innova deluxe bag where the backpack straps are held just snapped. This is the second bag that has done this to me. I thought that the holders were supposed to be reinforced this time. Anyway, i just took a picture of it, and i know if i send it to innova they will send me a new bag. I can't remember what e-mail addy i'm supposed to send it to, can anyone help me out?

Innova is great about sending a new one. In my opinion they make the best discs and have good customer service, the bags are kinda iffy though.

I heard the new deluxe bags are heavy?
