Lent is here and so is the new Disc Golf Monthly so dont give it up! This months show features coverage from the 2007 New Years Day Tournament at Philadelphias Sedgley Woods. Guest hosting for this show is Ace Master Carl Cubby Cubbedge.
This tournament is more fun and charitable than it is competitive so for that reason the format has been switched up a bit. Instead of recaps and 2nd round lead group action, this show has a collection of drives, approaches, and putts mixed in with player comments.
This tournament kicks of the 30th year of the Philadelphia Sedgley Woods Club.

Also in the current show weve got an interview with Don Cain 22 year MTA (Maximum Time Aloft) record holder. Recently an astronaut from Sweden had gone into space and beaten his record. However according to Don, he still holds the record because the MTA done in space was a galactic MTA done with no gravity.

um you mean "for" LenTT, lol

I have actually contacted Cox out of VA before and I forget exactly what happened but I remember it didn't work out.

Sad thing about Time Warner and N. Carolina, North Carolina was Adelphia Country as was parts of VA and sold itself off to Comcast and Time Warner. Since Comcast has existing territory in MD they took VA and DC, and Time Warner has territory in S. Carolina they took N. Carolina. If Comcast would have only got the whole region you'd probably be watching it right now cause you'd have Comcast instead of TWC.

I'll try TWC again, last time I tried to sell them on running the program the rep tried to convince me that they have nothing to do with what's on demand and that I'd have to try to contact the networks. This was TWC in the NYC area so perhaps I'll have better luck down south. If you have friends or family in VA and they have Comcast Digital maybee It's time to pay em' a visit, lol.......

Sweb I think you pop may be able to watch Disc Golf Monthly though. I remember you'd said he was from New Jersey. If he's in the Comcast region and he's got digital maybee there's another good reason to go home to visit, lol.
Seriously though, I've never said it but I think it great that he comes out to tournaments like the Yetter and Skylands to see you play, that's what I call family spirit.
