I would have thought more players would want to share some of their advice for new players. :confused:

David when are you launching your new website ?

Question: What about the idea of having regular reports from communities around the US? This is something I'd be all for contributing to on a frequent basis and something I haven't seen from any site online really.

Get some solid writers from as many varied communities... I plan on hitting anything big in the area this year and would love giving reports on local events in the NW Ohio/SE Mich area as well as DGLO and Hambrick... and I'll also be up at Am Worlds and working Pro Worlds... I think getting a lot of people that show up to tons of local tournaments giving reports on up and coming players, new mini-games run between rounds, reports on anything under the sun... just good news about the communities around the states all housed under one banner.

This would be an incredibly forward thinking thing for GateWay to do, as it would really be the first step to an "ESPN-like" true disc news site.

Pretty sure we are going to have some video of trips we make and footage from competitions.
I could see doing a weekly update from around the country from some roving reporters! :cool:

I don't do enough events to do weekly reports on the region... but a monthly report on the region with a semi-weekly (every other) article of some sort would be a perfect format, IMHO.
