What brand of mini really marks the spot best, without moving or changing the lie? And what plastic is the best for minis. Are there any minis in Z plastic, they would last longer.

the new mini driver is pretty sweet.

The best minis ever were the full-color EIEIO metal minis used as CTP prizes at the 2006 EIEIO tourney. They were made by Scot Jamison of Millipart, and were the WhamO mini in aluminum, complete with rings, with the CFR full-color picture somehow put in the center circle.

Saw a guy using a BMW hood ornament. Everyone thought it was cool, well probably everyone but the owner of the BMW.

I have a sweet metal mini that is just plain with no brand or anything on it. It really holds a mark well due to its weight. Got it cheap from Marshall Street, I guess someone down there mills them.

How come they don't make minis that are smaller versions of the modern molds?
Like a mini Teerex or Starfire!!!!

Ask Kevin McCoy.
He took a 5 (par) on the 888 ft Hole 13 at the USDGC this year with a Mini Driver. I was thinking about it the other day, that's an average drive of 220 feet. Pretty sick when you think of the narrow strip of in bounds he had to deal with (although, think how wide it would seem to a mini!)
Pretty amazing.

I've got a OAK mini that I got from Gottagogottathrow and I love it. If I knew how to woodburn I would have woodburned my son's initials on the top, but since I don't I just sharpied them on.
I try not to spend too much money on minis....I just lose them way too often. I lost like 3 metal minis before I realized I was wasting my money.
The oak mini was only like 5 bucks.

I totally agree with the cost, I wont pay $20 for a metal mini. That is why I love the one that I got from Marshall Street so much, it was only $10.

WVO personalized wooden mini, HANDS DOWN. Susi's craftsmanship rules!
Gotta jump on that same train. Susi's discs are superb! I've had him make three for me and every time I've said, "This one goes in the bag for use." So far they've all been too pretty.
Tim McNeil's anodized aluminum mini drivers are works of a machinists art. Beautimous and indestructable.
But for production and use, the new Innova mini drivers are the standard by which all others are judged. Just ask McCoy? Jesus Louise, a five on Winthrop Golf #13 with a mini? Oh my!
The best mini ever?
Once upon a time a stretched leather over an ultrastar and
a regulation weight aviar. Put the 2 together, had Barry Schultz autograph it . It is the sweetest thing ever .
2 piece ( one of a kind ) leather mini, autographed by 2 X time world champion. I have been thinking about putting it up on e-bay. Do you guys think it would sell?

Guy named Vince Steele makes them, local guy in Massachusetts. They are called "Vinnies Minis" and most of the really coolest people in New England use Vinnies Minis. (Like me for example).
