I'd like to know which practice basket the top players in the sport of disc golf have in their back yards. Any suggestions for me to ask Santa for ?

Hey I see you are looking for a basket
I have 3 Titan pro-24 permanents that I am wanting to sell for $300.00 each.
they are from a run that had a 100 degree angle now we use a 97.5 for stacking purposes.
They retails for $400.00
if you can use a permanent I will send you 2 sleeves.
we also have the titan portables.
Send an email to
[email protected] and I will send you some pics

I never putted better than when I had an original 10 chain mach 1. spend Hours on that, baskets on the course will look huge. confidence is a big factor in putting. dont put your basket up near your wall, it gives your eyes something to gauge depth on and messes with your ability to judge distance( unless you play tight wooded courses). I wish I still had that old basket.

While not a pro either, I think I have the real answer. It does not matter which basket you have in your back yard, what matters is that you actually use it. Practice is what I overhear from most pros. Practicing putts and drives and approaches of different types is much more important than actually going out and playing a round.

I have the same two!
My Hero (or anyone within 200 miles of Shreveport),
I'm looking for an old original, Green Metal Base for an early Innova restoration job. My basket is like the one on the Innova "Crush your Buddies" poster. Mine has a DGA base with a wheel. I would trade my base for an original. Thanks, Mickey Banks

I have both a DGA Mach II and an Innova Discatcher Sport. It's nice to be able to putt back and forth between baskets instead of retrieving all of my putters to do the same thing all over again!

It's not my backyard, but I go to the course 4-5 times a week before work and practice on the Mach II and Mach III's there. We have positions from 15' to 40' in a circle around the practice basket and then I do long putt's between to others. The practice basket is a Mach II and much more slippery than the Mach III's on the course.

I'm no pro, but I have a Titan Pro-24 in my backyard. The Gateway Titan Pro-24 is in my opinion the best practice basket as well as permanent basket on the market. I wish we could get some into a course up here in Iowa.
