What is the penalty for moving a tree branch infront of ones lie.

I recently ran into this at the VPO and did not know what the call should be.

Rule 803.05.B and 803.05.C.1

Nothing if it is known to have fallen or been placed there during the round.

One stroke without warning otherwise.
