It'll be interesting to see if anything changes. Historically, the country flip-flops about which party they want in power. It seems that Americans just want something new, not necessarily something better. There will always be this back and forth switching of parties as long as there are only 2 viable choices.

What was really funny was watching the election results in Texas last night. It is extremely obvious that almost the whole **** state walked right into the voting booth and voted for whom ever was in the republican spot. THIS STATE IS RED, I dont much care for RED.

sort of, most of the incombents from Dallas lost. The House also gained some seats from Texas.

In all, I just hope we voted out some of the criminals we had in office.

Dang, read last night it was a close race. Figures Democrats would re-elect him. Specially Louisiana Democrats. (of course DeLay might have been re-elected if he ran again too)

You know, I thought that too pre-primary. But the feeling here (I live in TX22) that I was getting right at primary time and afterwards was that Lampson was going to have a real chance to beat him in a head-to-head competition. There was some Rep party rumbling pre-primary to prop up another candidate who wouldn't have as much stink on him/her (Sekula-Gibbs or someone else).

Too bad Delay is so evil that he couldn't turn down the chance to swindle his own party, and end up costing them a seat in Congress. :p
