VPO is almost here. For those of you that remember last year the gallery was @ best dismal. Not this year.......

I have in my posession a New In Box DGA portable basket.

Sundays rounds, there will be raffle tickets available only to the Gallery. @ the awards ceremony the basket will be given away to the lucky winner. I am open for any other donations that could help contribute to this WORTHWILE cause. PLEASE LETS GET SOME PEOPLE OUT THERE , AND REMIND OUR FAVORITE PRO'S WHY THEY COME TO THE METROPLEX!!!!!!!!!

I will be contacting the Star Telegram in the next couple of days or so to possibly get some press coverage on this event. That possibly could assist with the gallery situation!

BE THERE ! BRING PEOPLE WITH YOU! YOU MIGHT JUST GO HOME WITH A BASKET!

All procedes from the raffle will go directly to the E.D.G.E. program, if that is ok with the Yeti and Des.....

Now call the radio stations (not country....they don't know frisbee )in the area and let them know about the baskets.
And any school with a disc golf in the P.E. department.
Kids make good galleries also

Those raffle tickets are not free. Please note where I mentioned that the proceeds will benefit the E.D.G.E program!

Well, I just fired off an e-mail to [email protected], one of the cooler radio personalities on one of the cooler radio stations in the metroplex. Gave her the scoop and most of the details. Hopefully this should help generate some buzz.

I am sure if she recieved a ton of e-mail's from disc golfers, it would help with the free publicity............

Come on disc golfers, carpet bomb her, even if you dont live here.

I will give you a real generic comment that you can copy and paste. It will only take a few seconds, and could possibly have a drastic effect on this event.
