The course at Richmond Hills was being redesigned and by no fault of the local club major erosion problems developed. Course was closed. Hopefully only temporarily.

A couple of critical meetings are scheduled with the State & City, beginning this Sunday October 8th. Please show you support if you are in the area and even some of you USDGC guys who might be passing through.

Info from the club website. (http://www.wncdiscgolf.com/publicmeeting.htm)

Does this mean we'll (joe Public) have input on course design?

From Site
Public Meeting #1: October 8, 2:00 pm, Richmond Hill Park
The meeting will open with a guided tour of the disc golf course led by the WNCDGC. The tour will be followed by the public input session. Input will be used to revise the existing design plan for the course as needed.

Talked to Nate Dogg and John T. last night and they said that the course will be going in but it looks like around Xmas time. Said they have to jump through some hoops though
