Telemark is a sweet lil course. I can't make it (arm numb-ness, abscess on calf...) as I was hoping, but Tim assures me the only things I thought were negative when I visited it (uneven pads, kneehigh grass, roots all over) have been fixed in the last few months!
And if those maintenance issues are fixed? Then this course is GORGEOUS. I sort of have issues with hole number one but other than that hole the rest of the course is amazing and worth the trip. And let me tell you it is very easy to get good n plastered after the event!
Best amenities of any course I've ever been to (if only John would allow a true clubhouse with beer on tap at High Bridge, good thing there's Whitecap for Worlds next year!) so I'd advice checking it out! I hear there are very few slots left!

He's at Telemark riding around in his golf cart. Here is the other thread I started...nobody from MN reads this bored. :D

Conditions on Saturday were the worst I have ever played in. At the top of the mountain, winds were probably in excess of 45 mph, rain was coming sideways and it was COLD! Avery was joking around and asked me when it would start snowing. I can't believe AO shot an 80, because when I saw him he had a collared shirt and jeans on that were soaked. Sunday was MUCH better with partly cloudy skys and lighter winds. TG outdid himself and everything was a great success. Thanks to all that came and endured the treacherous conditions. Look for the 2007 DGTV Fall Open at Telemark Resort to be even bigger and better!
