The 2006 Discraft Ace Race will be held at Pease Park on September 16, 2006. Come on out Saturday to play the "Moody" mini at 10:00 AM and play the Ace Race at 2:00 PM. Tee off as cards fill up for the Ace Race and sign up stops at 4:00 PM. Most aces or metal wins a $300 package from Discraft (http://discraft.com/home.html) . Player package includes two identical new prototype disc, hat, and super color mini disc.

The new prototype disc have arrived !!! They are made of the new ESP plastic and are very similar to a Buzzz. I anticipate alot of aces with these new disc and I'm hoping to see all of you at Pease Park for the 2006 ACE RACE !!! :D

The "Ace Race" was really fun yesterday with 32 participants.
The Grand Prize was won by Jarrod Christopher with 2 metals.

Very good response about the disc but, not the wind. I know atleast one person that still wants a player package. We have seven packages left. Please let me know if you would like to have one. :D

I realize that but it's thirty-six 200ft throws and leaves plenty of time to get to Dripping Springs if anyone wants to play both. It was also the only non-TX/OU weekend in Sept or Oct that doesn't have a daytime tournament or Ace Race in Central Texas or San Antonio.

The 2008 Ace Race disc now PDGA legal for tournament play. It was approved under the name 'Nebula'. Discraft is still evaluating whether it will be released to the general public.

Nebula??? Sounds like one of those Millenium names. Do they also have the Nebula Dust, the Straight Nebula Dust, and the Faded Nebula Dust. Personally, I think I would dominate if I had a cache of Straight Nebula Dust.
