Saturday evening Partay at Griffin Pavilion featured 52 Mazzios pizzas and mass quantities of liquid refreshments. Then the first ever Team Ring of Fire with a few alternate rounds with your partner and then 4 group teams competing for over $200 cash and lots of prizes, including squirt guns, fire crackers, discs, shirts, towels, and Innova bottle openers. A Fun double ring of fire was orchestrated by Wayne Forest on Sunday at Dolese featuring a case of oil (a Wayne Forest tradition) and a free tank of gas at D Mart... This tournament is dedicated to the loving memory of Jeremy Martin. The sponsors included Tom Lowry, RL Styles, Tulsa Disc Sports Association, Norman Disc Sports, Chris Pierce of Solstice Disc Sports, Joe Rotan of Twisted Flyer, Sooner Disc Sports, Duy Ta (D Mart), OKDGA, Mike and Kim Click, Daryl and Barb Johnson, and the wonderful Wayne Forest. Everyone came and left with fond memories of the 15th Annual Okie Doubles.
