I want an ESP Tracker...
And when that is done...I know it's not an ESP request...but would love to see an Elite-X Surge. I bet one of these babies would be pretty sweet.

X-surge would be great. I really like the X-wasp. How do you think the esp driver plastic will hold up?

I've been test throwing an ESP Surge for about a week or two. It has taken some direct tree shots and even a brick wall at about 300 feet and it still looks good. I would like for it to wear in a bit more so that maybe I can hyzer flip it a little more.
And I agree...an X-Surge would be sweet.

The ESP Surge is doing the same for me -- it takes lots of hits without really changing its flight characteristics.
I wonder how the midranges will fly/wear.

does it fly the same as the z?

They are the same in terms of stability but the ESP will obviously wear in faster. The ESP is definetly faster and longer for me though. Maybe because I get a better grip.

I've only got a Wasp and Surge in ESP...and the plastic is top notch gripwise! An ESP Wasp is not quite as overstable as a first run Z - but I'm OK with that. The Surge is AWESOME! Try it!!
Discraft is doing great things!!

My ESP Predator is longer and less overstable than the Z. It has great glide, I'm just not sure what to do with it because it is going too far when I really get into it. I wish it were more overstable. It has a fairly high dome, maybe flatter would be more overstable.

What color is it? First run?
I have a first run yellow and it is a sick puppy! ;) :p

It is a first run orange 174g. It has a significant dome, and stability wise it is about halfway between my Z predator and Z Avenger.

anyone know how light these or the z-preds get?
The lightest I've seen is Z 165, but I'm not sure how light either go.
Anybody? Anybody?

It's tough to find ESP Preds in anything less than 172 right now. Expect lighter ones to be in the next production batch. I'd say this is because the big arms that this disc targets would be, primarily, people who throw max weight.
