Though they don't fly quite as far as the touchier distance drivers - I like to GO TO my light 11x KC T'birds...a more beat 161 that will hold an annie longer than a newer 158.

For max D, Champ Orc or Z-Crush or Pro Starfire.

Yeah the Pro Orc, spectra, dx valk,Dx teebird, and the Dx new mold beast have the most big D potential on the market.

Buzzz is #1 on my driver list. Prolly 12 of 24 holes. Really any hole that's in the 300-350 range or 500-600 feet. I rarely see an advantage to being 50 feet further down the fairway(a driver) with the sacrifice of consistant placement. 350-500, I'll throw a driver: tsunami(Great stable, but not too overstable once beaten up), then surge(big S shots or hyzer to straight), then beat D wasp (LOTS of hyzer). Finally, for most hole under 300 feet, a firm wizard is just money. It'll handle as much as you can put into it, as long as you have a somewhat clean release.

those of us who have them know what i'm talking about, there really is something special about those discs. literally any line you put them at they will hold almost til the end. i have yet to find any disc that even comes close to the accuracy and cosistence of those. only thing i can't do with them is putt, no idea why?

We'll when I really want to pump out a straight shot without having to worry about it turning over I'll throw the Champ Starfire. It always flies the same no matter what the wind is doing.
If thats what a go to driver means.

For 300ish+, it's an older champ Orc, but I'm trying to work the teebird into that position

Under 300 it really depends on the type of shot. But if I'm unsure, it's either an ElementX or a Wizard.

Champion Valk/Viking

These are the same mold only modified for the Viking to give more stability.

However, there are two new discs out that i may go to, LS Orion and LF Orion. They are up there with the Beast, Orc, etc. comparisons that Matt made, in terms of distance, at least in my hands. Furthermore, because they don't have that friggin' huge wing on them, they're a lot easier to handle.

My TeeRex is kinda getting beat up. I can turn it over into a headwind, If I'm not careful. My Star Valk at 175 is slightly more stable , then my TeeRex. Go figure.

My 11x Champion TeeBird is still stable , after almost 3 years of Hard Disc Golf Playing.

Matt,
Why do you think that the Pro Orc has more big distance potential instead of DX like the other molds?

Because it has way more glide and there is still a lot of air friction on the Pro plastic making it float like DX. The Pro Orc is also the most understable version and that is why it can fly farther.

CE Eagles. I carry four in my bag which can do about every shot in the bag.
The main go to is a moderately used white 171g that goes dead straight with the slightest fade at the end. The others are an EL for long turnovers, a early run taffy well used one for straight/slight turns, and a later run, almost new one for hyzers and forehands.

OK-- Pro Line Orc. Is that correct now?
It's the best driver I've ever thrown. For my weenie arm it added 30-40 ft.

I threw DX teebirds for a while and love them, however they started to let me down (especially the last two runs of them, the new DX isnt great for this mold)
Now its the SOLF I would give it nearly Teebird Stability, but longer on a lower (golf) line. To get a teebird as far as a 20' high solf, I would need to give the teebird at least 40' (at elevation).
So SOLF's and Preds are my babies when I need to be in the fairway.

It depends entirely on the situation... but if I'm forced to use only one disc for an entire round it'd probably be the TL. I love it, I equate the flight path of my Champ/Glow TL to that of a superflat Roc with extra glide.
