Yep its time.

This year it is being held at temporary courses at Festival Park. The course design is probably going to be different than what it was at last year's tourny.

As soon as I get more info from SuperD, I will post it.

DOn't bother going to the website. It is very out of date.

I'm asuming they are doing 2 courses at Festival this year so they can have 180 - right?

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if it is just limited to 90 players this year.

The guy that is going to help SuperD fix the site only mentioned one course.

If anyone can send me Dave's email address I will see if I can get a flyer posted.

He had the flyer done a month ago, I just haven't seen him out at the course since then.

Per my conversations w/ Mookie at The Grange, they were going to set-up 2 courses at this park. They way they explained it to me, the single course there last year didn't even use 1/4 of the available space, so they were going to try and put 36 holes in there, at least that was the plan in May.

Yeah that would make sense.

I will ask Dave for info in a second.

Sorry for the lack of info this year. The flyer has been ready for a few weeks, but I am having Park and Rec issues. I was told the park was ours, but now they have rented out a shelter on Saturday, and I have been told that I cannot use that part of the park from 11-3 on Saturday. Couse location is still unknown at this time. I will have a meeting with P&R tomorrow, so we should have full details tomorrow evening. If you are worried about signing up now, just go ahead and print out a 2005 flyer. The registration prices are the same, we just don't know about the courses yet. I will also start a new thread with complete info asap!

I hear ya SD

that is a crappy situation. We could always use Johnson Street. I really love that course and was upset we weren't playing it this year. Still doesn't solve the issue of getting 180 ppl in the tournament.

THANKS MIKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't get the city guy to call me back. At least half of the tourney will be at Johnson Street. Maybe all of it... I will give them to Wednesday to give me an answer...
