Thanks for the link. I've been a forehand dominent thrower for a while, but hit a distance wall about a year ago, and with no one who really threw distance forehands, I didn't know how to tweak my technique. I saw a lot of interesting things (particularly the footwork and runup), and look forward to encorperating into my throw.
