I'm new to the PDGA, and fairly uninformed at this time. Is there any discussion about the elections? I'd like to hear from the candidates and the proponents & opponents of the ballot questions.

The first thing I'm wondering is: Why change the board position duration from 2 years to the discretion of the board if the board plans to keep it at 2 years anyway??

There is a thread in the Other PDGA Topics section already devoted to this. Click on Other PDGA Topics and will be a thread with a flame next to it. There's no point in having several threads on the same topic, but that does not mean we won't. There were only about 24 threads on the 2-meter rule change.
