I bought a pink 175g Star Valkyrie a couple of weeks ago after I lost my Champion Beast. I threw a CE Valk when I first started playing and loved it, but I never had much use for Champion Valks because they were so slow and temperamental. The Star Valk felt really good in the store, flat, sleek, and grippy, so I thought I'd give it a chance as my turnover driver. The first thing I noticed about the disc when I threw it was how stable and fast it was. It basically had the flight path of a TL, thrown with a little hyzer it flipped up and locked onto a line for a long time before fading modestly at the end of its flight. Its been in my bag for several rounds now and it seems like a really great disc. It is as fast as a Champion Orc and performs well across moderate wind conditions. This disc really surprised me and I'm wondering if others have given it a try. I'm also curious if other colors fly as stable.

I am throwing blue ones's 175g. Great disc as you described. Also an awesome downwind disc for an S shot. I have had the opportunity of throwing if 500+.. Great long hyzer driver also. And yes it will flip at a slight hyzer angle.
I agree sir.... Keep it up !

Well, I'm glad that there is at least one other person enjoying this disc.

I'm throwing a 175 yellow Star Valkyrie .

Has a little flip. Holds a nice long flat hyzer line.

Fast.
