Whats the best way to break in a new putter? .

Putting works best. It takes about 7 years for putters to break in. Mine is about 10 years old. It's perfect.

My main putter is 2 1/2 years old and my first. The bead is super worn and the top is warped, awesome thumb grip. This one has a dead straight flight. But, I have 5 other soft magnets that are way more stable. Is there a safe way to wear down the bead? Other than, everyday use?

That sounds exactly like my magnets. Everyday use will wear them down.

I have always used my putters in stages. When I first get them I'll use them as a driving putter. Then once they get to that "butter" stage, I'll switch them over to my putter or back up.

Thats exactly why I need some more broken in putters. I have one that is butter, with a very worn bead. And the rest are for 40+ ft. out with some hyzer. If I were to lose this one it would be a great loss. Anybody else putt soft magnets?

I've been trying to get a proto from him, but TG said I have to earn it. I guess beating him at Hyland Ski and Snowboard Area back in May wasn't enough. It was the First time we played the new Majestic Layout. My -1 was only beat by Bigelow (-2)and Cale(-4). See you thursday as P Creek Chatellya
