OK here's another Course in the works.Russellville has OK'd it for WAFDA to handle the installation of a 27 holer.The land is there,Approval from Corps of Engineers awaits my laying out the basic design on a map they have sent me.I need to drive down there and walk the land.(Half Woods Half Open.)All surrounded by water.Looks like an Island in there too.Walking it will be the only way to assess it properly.There's been several write ups in the local newspaper on the development on DG down there.They ARE pumped.SO! Russellville here we come. :cool:

I sent off the basic design today.I've also been contacted again by some locals of that area.First the approval by the Corps of Engineers,Then it's up to them to rally up the sponsership.I have a feeling these folks will make it happen.(I mean quick)Maybe we'll have another in a couple months.BTW,That land is too cool.Surrounded by what looks like Lake Dardnelle.I can dig it :cool:

If you can do half as good at Russellville as you did at Alma them college boys (and girls) are in for a treat!! Considering how much more (land space and type of terrain) you have to work with I know the river valley is in for something spectacular.
