The design is from an original Augusta map drawn and watercolored in 1934 by my wifes grandfather, Phil Scroggs, who was a prominent local architect. It shows the Augusta Country Club, the Bon Air Vanderbilt hotel, Lake Olmstead and nearby, the newly opened Augusta National Golf Club.
