the only benefit is that it probably saves 10 minutes a day on the server uploading time as it doesn't have to load up all rhett's posts anymore :eek:

Keith, I know you think it is funny to propagate the non-truth that I banned Nick. But having lived through 10 million non-truths propagated by irate SoCal disc golfers over the years, I no longer find that kind of stuff funny. Somebody throws out something that is a lie one time, and years later people are still bringing it up as truth.

i know it's not funny...this board crashing and theo constantly saying he is gonna take the board out just aggravates me to no end.....

on one hand i'm doing all i can to help the pdga get and keep members long term with renewals on then on the back side theo wants to take away one of the things that helps get people to renew(even if they don't play) which is this board....mandatory membership for majors,nt and supertours is/were a great idea to get members.....making the board members only is a GOOD way to KEEP members who join up for competitive reasons but want something to do for the times they are not playing....it is how i(and i'm sure LOTS AND LOTS of others) keep in touch with people they have met or one day will meet in events

doing away with the board would NOT BE GOOD!!!
