Sponsorship money will first be allocated to the Final Six Skins round, then to the purses of the Pro Divisions divided evenly per player unless a sponsor specifies which division his money is to be placed. The rest of the entry fees will go to the purses/prizes of all divisions less deductions as specified above.

Pre-registration: Pre-registration is encouraged. Send Check or Money Order payable to the Memphis Disc Golf Club to Bryan Griffin at above address OR to

Sean Cleary
9044 Snow Drift Lane
Cordova TN 38016.

Even if you are pre-registered, you must check in with the TD to confirm your attendance and fill out your card. Please print legibly and include the following information with your registration:
 Your Name
 Your Division
 Amount Enclosed
Also, please pre-register with the name you are going to check in with. For example: if you pre-register as William Smith and check in as Billy Smith it has the proven potential to screw up the registration.

Note: even if you have pre-registered, you must check in with the TD Friday evening or Saturday morning to fill out your leader board card, sign the Waiver of Liability form and, if you want, enter the ace pots.

Late Registration: Friday May 5th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Bud Hill Club House. Saturday May 6th from 7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. at the course pavilion at Meeman Shelby Forest. Registration will close at exactly the time stated above. Please register with cash. If you have not registered with the TD, Bryan Griffin aka CounselorGriff, by 8:45 a.m. you will not play. The TD will not delay the start of the players meeting and subsequent tee times because someone overslept.

Players Package: Only Amateur competitors will receive a Players Package which will consist of, at a minimum, a custom artwork disc. Additional items may be added at the sole discretion of the Club.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Lodging: There will be primitive camping at Bud Hill. Sites are first come, first claimed. Porta Potties will be provided, but thats about it.

Other area accommodations are:

Park Access Fee: The park will be enforcing the current access fee of $3/car per day. However, they have given us a special deal for $1.50/car per day. You can pay for and pick up the car mirror tags when you register or check in with the TD. If you are staying the cabins or campsites at the Park, it will be covered in your fee. If the stars and the moon stay aligned...my husband and I will be there. We have never played this tourney but, we did have the opportunity to play with the Memphis golfers (thanks Crawdaddy) and we fell in love with the courses and the hospitality of the locals. We are still out traveling in the motorhome aka Wonkey Donkey. After Texas Womens Championships the last weekend of April, we are headed to Memphis to make this event.

26516 is definately in... It's going to be another successful blast. Basic camping at Memphis's premier Private course is always an awesome experience. Everyone who comes is assured to walk away with something, whether it be friendships, trophies, or happy memories.

Look forward to it, glad its on the PDGA site.

Griff, I'm in even if I have to roll solo. I have Dave McCormack and his crew interested also. He's about 75% sure he's going. Look for a St Louis crew even if its a small one.

Matt Orum has won the Pro Open Division this weekend! The scary and interesting thing...is that his YOUNGER brother Blake Orum won the Advanced Division. I think that Matt is 18 and Blake is 15.

Blake's score would have finished 7th in Open Pro. heh I will have the full results up when I can get them.

It was a great weekend. 192 people!!
