This will be the event of the year. If it's anything like the previous Red Bud's, there will be lots of people camping, playing music, grilling, and partying both Friday and Saturday night. Like the Octoberfriz, only in a better location, with one of the best courses in the world to play on.

I think it'll be one round all short (pro par 60) and one round all long (pro par 70) on Saturday. Sunday is just relax and do whatever; the tournament is only one day.

I'm going to do a world class par calculation and a scoring spread by division by hole analysis. Results should speak to both the difficulty and the design quality of this course. Steeve Hoog and I are going to do a gold course evaluation on it.I'd like for it to be known before the course is gone. To think it was made by an old-school frizzer and a ball golfer new to disc golf. Ted and Wood'z deserve some credit for this course!

If you've never played Ted's Dread....

................. you got to! The course has it all... short, long, very long, open, wooded, crazy wooded, water shots, dog-leg shots, risk vs reward multiple routes, par 4's, par 5's, all kinds of big elevation changes, beautiful scenery, well crafted greens, spectacular inspiring holes.... This course is what disc golf is all about. If your playing it well, it will exercise every part of your game, espescially the mental game.

Play the Red Bud Open or forever regret it!
