wow, its been a while, I forgot to renew and couldnt post for a time. Thanks twoputt for starting this thread for me.. Yes, there will be a Worlds Biggest at kelly lane in Sapulpa. I am planning on being at the next full moon mini to take orders. After that it wi;ll; be first come , first serve. The deadline is the 18th and I am help Sapulpa Parks do this. I am looking at having a singles round and a doubles round on May 5th. If there are enough who want disc/tee sets after we run out, w e may reorder. more later. peace out... oh ,, and I cant wait for chandler tornado open.. MC, give me a call 230-5115. I dont know if I can still "cook" a flyer, but I will try to at least bake one to bring to the mmfmm. I do know that the Parks Dept. (Sapulpa) will not order a bunch of worlds biggest sets, so I will take any prepaid orders wed. night. Other wise, you may not get one untill we back order on may 8th. It will be fun and we will have a morning round of singles and pm round of dubs. Probably pay all cash to all divisions. So , If you want a specific disc /shirt . Come out to the baddest night mini ever created :D and bring your $$$ after all, it is Innova plastic /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

The disc sets have been ordered, so it is now firt come first serve on sat. May 6th at Kelley Lane. Several people pre-ordered(thanks) and they are gauranteed what they ordered. But , we will do another order if we run out on sat.. either way it will be a fun day of frolf in the park.. :)

There will be more details to come. I think theat they will set up a format that allows you to buy putts at a basket. All putts made will be eligible for a throw off for the basket.

Yes indeed, I talked with Kelly and Kelly, and said we will accomodate. I will probably add some of the mini entry fees to the collection. Just be there at Kelly Lane park Sat. May 6th @10:00 am first round singles, Again @ 2:30 there will be a draw /flip dubs. Each round will be 7.00$ One dollar for ace, Two dollars for FUND, and you play for 4 dollars. All cash paid out. Plus you play for any cool stuff I dig up to give away, or any cool stuff you wanna bring for us to give away :DBut mainly, you play for the love of the game and to support a fellow golfer and family. :) , Oh, the course is looking good, and remember it is 12.00 for a set (disc/tee) and first come basis. Does anyone have directions to Kelly Lane? There are probably going to be a handfull of Arkie's driving over and they could prob use some directions.

The best way from Ark would be to take the Creek Tournpike south to hwy 75 South. Go about 1 mile to the Hwy 117 exit and turn right (west), this is also know as Taft Rd. you will go approx 6 miles to ALT 75, there will be a McDonalds on your left , you need to turn left, go 1 block and turn left again, the park is about three blocks through the neighborhood. Watch your speed coming into Sapula because the cops will be watching it. You can see the park on your left before you get to the McDonalds.

If you want to mapquest it. Sapulpa, Ok, as you zoom in Kelly lane will be on the south side of town.

From OKC:

I-44 towards Tulsa. Tka ethe sapulpa Exit #215, take a right onto Hwy 97, stay on theis street throught town to Taft Ave. There will be a McDonalds on your left across the street. Go 1 block past Taft ave and turn right into the neighborhood, follow the signs to kelly Lane Park.

Well first you would have to know where you are exactly. The correct spelling of your location is TOMBOUCTOU. Are you really going to come and play fro West Africa?

If so then here are you directions.First travel south to Kabara, then onto Korioume. from there you will need to go via caravan to the Niger River, from there you will float several days until you get to Bamako. Once here take the comuter flight to Dakar. From Dakar you can catch a flight to Lisbon Spain. Once is Lisbon you will need to change from Butt Squeezer Airlines over to a major carrier. Catch the late fight from Lisbon to New York City. Once in New York go to La Gaurdia airport and then to the American Airlines desk. Ask for flight 313, it departs at 9:00am, after changing plans in Chicago you should arrive in Tulsa at 2:06. Once in Tulsa you will rent a car. Leave the airport and follow the signs to 244 west, take this all the way to Hwy 75 South. Stay on 75 south for several miles to Hwy 117/Sapulpa exit. Stay on theis for 6 miles. Once at the McDonalds turn left and go 1 block. Turn left and follow the signs to Kelly Lane park.

But if this is what you plan on doing, you should have left three days ago. :D

What's the best score in doubles for 9 holes ???
I had -4 for my first nine Saturday Afternoon....
before the rain came back and discs got slick... :(
I was playing by myself california style....
One extra shot per hole.
Anyone know???

As far as I know, the SINGLES record is -1 (53) for 2 times around i.e. 18 holes. Wagle & myself did it the same day, back when the course was first completed.

CP has shot a -3 and I have a -6 on two times around

Actually when I shot that -1, my 1st time around the fountain was on. I was trying to go just to the righ of it with a hyzer and of course missed my line and hit dead center of the fountain and it didn't effect the flight at all!! It was crazy

No but if you want to put $5 on it, I can do it ANYTIME! ;)
