Scoot_er,
What can you tell me about the Discraft Venom in the DX-like plastic? I held one for the first time when PG sent one in the discs for CTPs for EIEIO, and it felt like a paper plate! It was flat and extremely low profile with rim that seemed wider than an Avenger.
How do these fly? I'm thinking "long distance lawn dart" from the feel.
I can't wait for the "Ask Scoot_er About Aerobie Discs Here" thread...

This disc is VERRRRYYYYYY similar to the illusion rim wise and the only difference besides the dome is that the Illusion has a small notch on the tip of the disc and the Venom does not. I am not going off the discraft thing but when I tried the venom it flew just like an "S" illusion OVERSTABLE. :D

When I threw my venom on hole 1 yesterday during worst shot, why did it hit the tree right in front of me and not go all the way to the basket like Robbie's did?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I think that Discraft will experement with the ESP plastic for a while and Innova's next disc will definantly be the Platypus.

Scoot_ter, just don't let anyone know about the secret behind ESP plastic, in that it allows Discraft throwers to manipulate the flight of their discs with mind power. They can also look at the underside of the rim and the disc will show the thrower the end result of throwing options and tells the thrower if they should take the hyzer, anhyzer, or straight line.

I believe there is a Platypus Discs already - not that we need another thread for Scuut_er - is there any way we could just have one thread for "Ask Scuut_er" since he knows so much? I'd rather go to one place to hear all that wisdom. I can get more that way than going thru so many threads. Go get 'em Scuut_er.
