I just surfed over to the Discraft site and saw the new ELITE X Buzzz GT. Sweet! I love the Banger GT, and can't wait to get my hands on a new Buzzz GT to try it out. Love the Buzzz ... and Banger ... I bet this is a great disc.

Discraft has released the Ace Race disc. It is PDGA approved and now known as the SlipStream GT.

What does GT stand for?
Grip Track?
Groove Thing?
Got Thumb?

I've got a new max DevilHawk, a new med weight DH, a beat DH for turn under shots (yes, turn unders are possible with a DevilHawk) and a light DH for approaches. You can't deny them!!!

How is it compared to the Z-Buzzz 1st run, very understable..., or ?

I doubt that they will be anything like a 1st run Buzzz, but more like a Elite X Buzzz that will hold a line longer.
Like the Banger GT ... only longer. The Banger holds a line really well ... If you throw it anhyzer, it holds it's line, making it really predictable. You don't have to guess when it's going to pull/fade out of the turn ... it won't.
I have heard that they fly really nice (from someone who got some yesterday, and threw them), but I haven't thown one yet.
The GT of the Banger makes it fly really nice ... just add that to a disc that's going to go a lot further.

I got a couple of these disc's today and had a chance to throw them. They are a MUCH better disc than the Banger and Slipstream. The plastic feels almost like the "Z" Spectra Plastic.
I threw it into a headwind, and it flew pretty stable, seemed to slam a bit into tail wind..It's a pretty good disc I'd say...It will be in my bag....well for now at least.

(sorry for the re-re-quoted quote, but i dont want to confuse anyone.) actually the boards are designed to allow for the fast posting of messages that would or might be found interesting to all (or a large percentage of) readers. so unless the post is extremely specific to one reader there's no problem.

I will add my two cents once Discraft sends me some Buzzz GT's to test. They are usually very prompt in sending out new stuff, usually even before it's released.

C'mon Matt, you know the DevilHawk cannot be compared to any disc on the market because the DevilHawk is in a class all by itself.

I heard there is a new DevilHawk GT coming out also, it's supposed to fly a bit more stable than the original.

At first the idea of a GT BUZZZ confused me, but I think differently after throwing the Slipstream.
Slipstream = $$$ in the pocket (during cold slippery northeastern months).
