What did everyone get so far for the holiday season??

I'm so excited I had to share this. I didn't expect my girlfriend to get me these so I was completely suprised.

My Christmas present came early this year. I found housing for several families and got them set up to have an enjoyable holidays. Best feeling ever!

The "Blueberry" CE Valk and 1st run Red CE teebird was pretty cool too! On a selfish note. :D

Ours came before Christmas as well, later than anticipated but still snookered me out of the Tupelo Bay tournie, a litter of seven Italian Spinone, five brown roan, two white.......quail, doves, ducks, grouse and pheasant everywhere are quaking in their coverts. Well maybe not quaking but probably at least looked up momentarily from whatever else they were doing. :)

I got a Innova polo. My buddy and I replaced a stolen basket as our part of giving.

I new 1GB Zen Micro MP3 playa so I can listen to some tunes on the course. :D

Still a work in progress.. I want the discs to tail to the right abit more.. then turn left and go up my Ceiling!

The flydye discs are a Pro Firebird, Pro Teebird(11x!!), and a Z-wasp early run. I might throw another flydye in and then start over with regular discs again.. we'll see.. i might need to re-arrange.

The disc on the bottom is a 2003 Big Bird roc signed by 13 Innova Sponsored players, the YEllow disc is a proline Gremlin, Twisted flyer disc is a champ FB, the disc that was drawn on is a pro aviar with the buzzz symbol, the teebird and aviar symbol, NYNJdiscgolf and my name and pdga # on it, and the Classic Aviar is my Ace Disc!

my mom is the the best 30 discs total...

I got $50 for winning our Christmas Eve mini.

I also gave a lot of my time to family and relatives this holiday season, which probably meant more to me and them than anything material.
I have been taking care of my 17 year old nephew for 2-1/2 years, so you can imagine the time, energy and money spent on him 365 days a year :).

Since i Didnt have a special little women at the time, I had a few extra $$$ to go to my neices and nephews, toys clothes and cash.

I took the Gateway staff out for dinner and lunch a few times and also let them off work to play disc golf on Friday and they can have off until after New years if they want.

We have designed and installed 63 Titans in the last 2 months, with a lot of the time spent on installation and clearing, being volunteer.

I think installing 63 new disc golf holes to play is a great gift from Gateway to the disc golfers out there and others will agree when they play the courses.
We should have info on the new courses on the website soon, there is still some work to do before they should be promoted to the general public.

Thanks to all who have supported us in 2005 and we look forward to a great 2006 :cool:

What are Charcoal Quadshocks?? did that guy mean Black Quads? maybe they are called charcoal(black) and I didn't realize that. Either way i'm curious because i got the rust/grey carolina bag and bought silver/grey straps becuase they were the closest thing.

Dude i got the same bag for christmas in same colors. it rocks. I have my grey quads on them and they look cool. grey or black would go fine with it.

My son bought me a Team Texas bag with Quadshocks! Best Xmas present ever! It's also Rust - they must be having a special on that fabric.

I had been using the same bag for much longer than he is old, so this was a big change for me. I can carry many more discs, Clif Bars, water, etc., and the Quadshocks make the load easier to carry.

I'm pumped!!

I'm glad you like your texas bag. I"m liking my Caro bag a lot. The Quads make a huge difference too. I only carry about 8 discs and maybe 10 for tournaments so I added the divider becuase there is TOO much room in this bag :). I can hold half my room in that thing :)

NO ONE, and I repeat, NO ONE has charcoal Quadshoks. Anyone that does is in violation of customs and patenting laws. So, let's talk Ray.

Tafe-

I have the new Quadshocks at the REVOLUTION site and call the grey ones "Charcoal" (which are now in stock in case anyone's looking.) Ray's wife got them from REVOLUTION for his Christmas present.

Although Ray is an entrepreneur and quite resourceful, I don't think he'd go to the trouble of finding a manufacturer and importer to get his own custom color of straps... However, I could be wrong!

Actually, one manufacturer lost all business after an attempted breach of patents. The patent holders don't mess around.

although Revolution calls the straps "Charcoal" On Phenixdiscsports.com They describe the grey/silver color as "GunMetal".

was wondering if that was where the mixup was..
I don't care anymore. I got Black straps and I saw the Grey ones at a recent tourney and I'm glad i got black.. The Grey would have matched a bit too well. The black definately looks better on my Rust Carolina bag.
