The Mace Man thing was born from a discussion of one event at another. In 1994 before the Carrollton Charity Cup, Mike Randolph, Harold Hampton, and RJ Jerez were in town for the event. It was Mike Randolph's birthday and all of us as well as Mike Sayre, Rob K, Sam Grizzafi and others went out to celebrate with Mike. It was one year after I hit the big ace at Veterans (big at the time) for $1600. Harold had hit an insurance ace earlier that year for $2500 and we were discussing that at the time. In the back ground RJ kept saying "Mace Man Ace Man, Mace Man Ace Man...." and that is where it came from, also the reasoning behind the hollow M in the logo. So in answer to your question James no I was not Mace Man before, RJ gave me that name.
I would like to thank all of you for the birthday greetings and your ongoing support. Happy Holidays to you all.
