I passed out several forms at the mini Sunday. I'll have some at the Saturday (my grandparents were Irish) match play. If you want me to email you a form, pm me. I would like to send them all in before xmas.

I put the form on my website. Print it, fill it out and send it to me with a check, or hand it to me this weekend. Thanks. Remember fill the form out for the full amount due, then deduct the $5 when you pay me.

To participate in the Affiliate Club BUNDLED MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM, you will need to sign up a minimum of 10

I have finally received the new PDGA membership forms. I will be at Wimberley this weekend so I won't be able to pass them out until next week at our Saturday Dubs mini.

I don't know if any of you guys will have the opportunity or not, but there is a C tier event in Crowley on December 1, 2008. It is a one day event on Saturday. There are alot of ace runs at this course and the ace pot will start at around $1200.00. I believe you can sign up on titledisc. It is event #2 of the North Texas Series. Brian Mace is the TD.
