Does anyone have a flippy z buzz? I have flipped my 176 z buzz a few times; is it a form issue?

I would like to know if the CryZtals are more overstable than the Z's?

Sounds unusual to me ... my heavy Z Buzzz's won't flip, especially at that weight (some of my lower weights will flip to the right though). However it's not a bad thing ... some people spend a lot of time trying to break in a Roc to flip, so why not enjoy it?
My Crystal Buzzz's are pretty stable. Not as stable as a first run, or Midnight Buzzz, but pretty dang close.

Yeah the 1st runs are the most overstable, followed by the Cryztals.

Z-Buzzz's make great slow turnover discs.
They can be sensitive to improper form, because once they start on the anhyzer route, even the stable buzzz's will hold the anny if thrown fast enough.
I like to keep 3 Z-Buzzz's in the bag. 1 at 178 for hyzer shots, 1 at 178 and beat for straight/zero fade shots, and another at 172g and beat up for slow turnover shots, or hyzer flip tunnel shots.

A normal Z Buzz should definitely flip when thrown flat, and should go fairly straight when thrown with hyzer.
My 172 buzz definately had some flip problems. I keep it for annys; I just ordered 2 max weight midnight buzzes. The heaviest I have is 176. Midrange discs definately will evince form problems. Also, one thing I didn't consider was wind conditions. I don't find the buzz to be a good disc into the wind; good thing I have a demon.
I've neglected midrange discs long enough; time to learn to throw them. I ordered a glide too.

Hank, you should try a heavy Z Storm. It's called a long range driver, but I like to use mine for midrange shots when it's windy. Heavy Wasps are also good for windy dayz. And if neither of those work, go to an overstable driver.
The Gator is also worth checking out. These can be thrown far, or short, and work well for putting in heavy wind (175g!).
I've been told I need two wasps for the wind, and switch them for buzzes depending on wind conditions. Haven't tried a storm will check it out. I'm using a demon for the wind, and it works great. The more I throw it, the longer it gets. I definately can't flip this critter.
The more I think about it, the more I think the wind was whooping that buzz on Saturday as a front came in.
My 178g buzz does not flip unless thrown into stiff headwinds. It will fly straight if thrown hard and will fade if thrown light.

Cool ; I ordered two 178 buzzes.
