same as last year's SB's. Ontario molds. I'm assuming that is the blunt nose. Mine doesnt feel too sharp.

Wrong! the 06's are rancho molds. 05's are ontarios.

Really. I swear Dave said they were the same mold as last year(ontario) on the Ask Dave D thread. I suppose they can always change their mind and I'm too tired to look it up. :D

2005 rocs were the ontario mold even though they said rancho on the bottom.
2006 are the same as the 2005

SB Rocs were Ontario type. I don't know what colors will be offered at the event, but two other colors were added to the run. White was one color added to blue and red. I don't think I am supposed to say the other.

The 2006 sb rocs have a fatter lip than the 2005 and seem a bit more overstable IMO.

yeah the 06 SB look to have a blunt nose. will my 05 have a sharp nose in comparison. but they said they're all ontario type.

No idea, they had plenty there but I have no idea how many are left. Also a big thanks to Innova for making some in lighter weights, I got some at 172. They also made a lot of heavy ones of course.

the pearly white disc held on my hand with its famous roc's talon and its red metallic print!! Yeah Sharky, i agree with you for thanking INNOVA for making lighter weight discs.
Yes its more blunter than 2005 SB and I ll test it out tomorrow :D

I been throwing mine for 2 rounds now at knollwood and it throws straight but will hold any turn I put it on. I love it.

Not even close. No one person bought all the 180's. There were even some 180's left on Sunday when I got done purchasing another 20.
It is the same as the 2005 SB. Same mold, same profile and same flight characteristics.
Stamp colors to have were Red with white stamp, only in the 180 weight and about 20 done & white with white stamp, also only in the 180 weight with 20 done.

On Saturday I saw a guy buy a red with red stamp, he horded it when he found it...also, the 06 SB Roc is a Rancho Mold vs the 05 SB Roc which is an Ontario mold.

the mold isn't the same as the 05 SB's. it looks to be the same mold as last years pre-release rocs.
these like last years are blunt nose and the 05 SB's are all sharp nose.

I'm not trying to argue the point of 05 mold vs. 06 mold but Dave has said that the current SB ROC released at the 2006 USDGC was the same as last years SB ROC.
Although it is imprinted with the Rancho stamp it is the Ontario mold.
Dave if you happen to read this could you be so kind and reply.
