A little interested in how folks are storing there extra discs around the house, and opions on where and tear people have noticed due to their method. After getting a revolution bag, I made a bigger version of their rack insert that hangs on the wall and am pleased with it. So what do y'all do?

I use those gray bins you can by from online disc golf retailer's. They hold about 35-40 disc's.
Have a good day

I buy those clear plastic tubs from Target for like $6 each. I put all of my discs in a zip lock bag. Usually I can fit up to 40 discs.

I use the Innova/Discraft 25cnt boxes that our local retailer gets containing his orders. My wife now thinks there are too many boxes of frisbees, in my closet/trunk/den......

I went to Wall Mart and but some rubermaid bins for two bucks, the discs fit in there perfectly and it holds i think about 20 discs. Good deal.

Gotta a lame question....My closet is full of boxes of discs and my wife wants me to put them in a garage. The garage freezes in the winter. Will prolonged freezing (i.e., most of the winter) affect discs?

I don't think the prolonged freezes will be the major problem, it'll be the temperature changes. Especially, if there is a freeze and a warm up several times. This will cause thermal expansion and contraction, if that happens drastically or too many times then polymers chains in the plastic will shift. And that could cause a change in the disc.

how about storing in the attic, has anybody had any problems with the heat? How about if there stored un-stacked or not lined up, it seems like they could warp. And if so, can they be returned to straitness if they are stacked? Is there a max number of discs in each stack (it seems to much wt might cause flight plates or rims to change shape) It also seems like constant thermal cycling could be bad for the hotstamps as they are metal and dont expand as much as the plastic but ive not noticed hotstamps flaking off any used discs (only new ones that are misstamped) As far as the plastic breaking down, im betting that the top grade (TPU) discs, nicely stored, will be in perfect shape long after everyone posting on these boards have turned to dust.

Some of my discs stay in the trunk of my car all winter, and I live in NY where it stays freezing most of the winter.I have never had a problem with them at all.

Where can I get those bins y'all speak of? Does Sun Kings have them? I've been wanting to make a rack like is in my Revolution bag, just haven't gotten around to it.
