Re: Who not named Climo, Schultz will win USDGC
One of the 184 players registered not named Ken Climo or Barry Schultz, but I would say one of the under 25 y/o studs might take this.
My favorite player is Boobs. So, go Boobs.

I assume with the grin you're not serious with this question, but Mikey's not gonna make it out for USDGC this year. He was married a few weeks ago and took a bunch of time off work for that, and of course he's heavily into the ultimate season right now (didn't even play CO States!). He will, however, be making an appearance in sunny FL for The Player's Cup.
sincerely,

My sourses say the top players with a shot outside of Climo and Schultz are....
Schweb
Feldberg
Tracy
Feldberg shot a 59 in practice. Low practice round so far?
Schweb is ready physically and mentally and playing great golf.
Eric Tracy has been here for a week and a half practicing and is playing great.
Sleeper pick - Lavone Wolfe to break top 25. Lavone practiced yesterday and was on track to shoot 63 when I last talked to him. Said he hasn't played this well in awhile.
Lot of young players with so much talent. Lot of old players with so much wisdom.
Old saying goes "old age and trechery will overcome youth and enthusiasm everytime".
Top 10 in no particular order.
Climo
Schultz
Sprague
Schweberger
Feldberg
Leonard
Haney
Tracy
Martin
Arthur

It's kind of hard to mention alot of people when it comes to the USDGC. Granted Worlds is a tough event to win with all the rounds but there is no other tournament out there that comes close to the preasure of Winthrop Gold.
Booming means nothing here. You have to on top of your physical game for sure, but nothing can prepare you for the mental toughness you must have. Climo and Schultz are the best at both. Then you go with the odds and who has continuously placed well at every USDGC so far. There are alot of players I'd like to see win this thing. But it's the same small group that performs well here year in and year out.
None the less it's going to be fun to watch.

The original "Kid"...Justin "300" Bunnell has been playing really well this year, and seeing him play the last few days makes me think he'll be in the mix.
I have to give love to Johnny Sias and his bionic putting. Plus he has a great caddie named Ken Rollins.

I can't beleive what i'm reading. Not one person has mentioned the F-ing MAN...............NATE DOSS. Shame on ya'll for not tossing the World Champion in the mix. If there was a vegas line my money would be on the hoss. (or Feldberg)

With everything Vegas will offer a line on i would'nt put it past them maybe. Who know's they do seem pretty willing to take money on most every thing. Maybe some1 should drop a line to a Vegas Sports book if ya got a connection and see what they say, it could be a step in the right direction for more Exposure. Then next year who know's................. ;)

A couple of years ago at the Lake Tahoe super tour event, I was in the sports book talking to the manager and he said they could have put a line on the tourney if they would have had some prior notice.
