Has anybody heard of the whereabouts of Keith Johnson from Florida. He was my favorite pro back in the late 90's. Let me know. Thanks

Versus being a whiny player and a TD. :)

Yar..

funny.

I was thinking of going the other way and just being a whiny TD, or better yet a whiny spectator? Ha! I could juts walk around calling foot faults and stance violations, as much as I hate to do that, I sure see a LOT of them these days. :o

the beautiful thing about your statement is that i DON'T have to be a td to do those things....i let people know(much to their dismay....especially top pros)about rules....
being a certified official i can make calls out of my division and in my division i can still call it but need a second....even without the second most times the player(s)in question are at least aware of the rule that they might not have been aware about or deliberately broke and know somebody is looking :p

>as i said before my tournament director days are OVER AND DONE!!!....<

THANK GOD!! :D (actully I just said that for the ams. I can't remember a pro event where you screwed anyone)

>so now i can just be another whiny player like everyone else<

You have ALWAYS been a whiny player. I have never seen anyone get as mad as you do when you miss a 70' putt, every time. Everyone saw your little tirade at Groves the 1st round. Peace, Harmony, Relax, Relax......... :D

i have never screwed anyone over am or pro...just the opposite i have often put in alot of my own money(not even counting am worlds)to make sure everyone got great payouts and STILL paid 50% of all divisions plus 100% of all womens, rec and jr divisions for EVERY tournament i ever ran

if saying one word very loudly(the f word)is a "tirade" i apologize to everyone like i did to my card mates
i don't like missing any putt no matter the distance

Peace, Harmony, Relax, Relax......... :D

i agree with you on that point at least :D.... see you in a week

Sorry Bra.

it is indded apenalty, that gets one warning, and no re-putt. :o
Courtesy violation

Stroke! :o:D

I'm kidding of course Keith.

But we all have our moments, I have quite a few them myself :o

But that's why you don't have to call every infracion, it has something to do with intention, and there's a little leeway. I'm sure you're happy when folks give you a small break?

Or do you, ehem, stroke yourslef?

i was given a warning by myself which was seconded and nothing further happened....i know the rules enough to call myself instead of letting someone else think they are going to screw with me by calling it...three tournaments in a row now....but at least i feel good for that one second it takes to say it

Stroke! :o:D

I'm kidding of course Keith.

no your not!
but it doesn't matter....i complain all the time about the lack of my throws going in because i know that i CAN get them in...but it doesn't mean that i like saying anything bad during an event because then i end up sounding like russel ....and if he'd stop playing so badly he wouldn't keep ending up on the same card i'm on  :D

believe me i will always try to let people know the rules in a nice way first before calling anything as truly most people are probably NOT doing it intenionally....BUT.....some do and that's when you just make the call

Or do you, ehem, stroke yourslef?

I didn't hear the f word, but I did see you throw your mini again after you missed a LONG putt.

You seem to be pushing the mini thing. If your not throwing at the ground you're standing in a putting stance and putting it angrily in.

You are teaching me something though......how ugly I must look when I get mad.....
