Ok, I have no idea who Nick Kight or Jeff or sandalman or any of these people are, BUT I FUGGIN LOVE THIS SHEIT! :D :) :D This is better than television. This reminds me of the days in junior high when I'd stay home from school and watch soaps cause nothing else is on during the day. I don't know the history but man the sheit is captivating. I wish I could have live, streaming text. These guys jobs' must be to post at least 500 responses a day arguing, beetching, whining, and being as sarcastic as possible. There must be over 100 threads involving the "War on Kight". :D

I love it guys, keep up the good work. This makes me want to travel to these events just to see the drama unfold. That'd be worth my entry fee.

You guys are amazing though, I think you guys should have a bottle-rocket war to the death.

I LOVE THIS SHEIT!

yes, it does certainly make Iraq, North Korea and the price of gas all seem so incredibly trivial, doesnt it! :D

Funny, of all the mess bored battles I've enjoyed, this is the first one where someone was actually a member to me out in the real world. Though similar to here they chose to do it from a secure distance.

Just like your response to run and tattle-tale to the Disc Police was done from a secure distance.

Grow a pair, Nick.

Actually, this is more of a hobby. (my real job is as a chemist; currently I'm reacting propylene oxide with tertiary amines)

Alas, being a thorn in the side of Nick sometimes feels like a job, but somebody's gotta do it! :D

So when are you going to start that job? Seems like your full time job is making yourself look bad.

That's the number one question I get. "Yes, Nick deserves it, but don't you realize that you drag yourself down?" Well, I never looked that good to begin with. :D

If showing people your true personality make me look bad, so be it. I'm not the one holding leadership positions in disc golf, and at your rate, that won't last long.

Pat, when have I ever harassed, bullied or whined to you out on the course? That you apparently can't handle what you put out on this bored is not my fault. I do feel for you sometimes, but stop painting the bulls eye on your forehead, would ya?

What Jeff did out on the course was just wrong? It has nothing to do with this board. If it does then you and he both need to get your heads examined. Pronto!

From everything I read, what happened at the tournament is only as wrong as the people are making it. That doesn't make sense huh?

What I mean is, if both Jeff and Nick had let it go after the round, there would be no problem. The fact that they are both continuing on about it, that is what is wrong.

Why can't we all just get along. I submit a picture of puppies to settle everyone down.

Soooo..... that's why our PDGA membership dues are so expensive, we are supporting fulltime employees to entertain us on this board.

........hey, wait a minute I thought message board harrassment and drama was supported by a network of volunteers....... I want to be on the payroll. I also want back pay for my contributions on the 2 meter saga...

For some reason, that does not suppise me at all living in the DFW area.

If you lived in the DC area, you would be a Cowboy fan.

(At least you didn't say Eagles, but then that would please Nick and we can't have that)

hey freakazoid, i've been a redskins fan since like 80 when i moved to shippensburg PA, about 1.5 hours outside of DC. my girlfriend at the time and i would regularly go to the stadium and buy tix and watch the games back then. i was a redskins fan when i lived in PA and later in maryland, and i was redskins fan when i lived in california, when i lived in arlington, austin, and shanghai. doesnt matter where... i AM a redskins fan.

i was a cowboys fan while in high school, but then i got older and wiser :D

while i have been a phillies fan since i first heard of baseball (carlton, bowa, schmidt were around in the glory days ... even tug mcgraw....) i have NEVER been a freakin eagles fan. i HAVE however been at the Vet for at least a dozen games cuz i used to travel to the city of brotherly love on business.

Hey Sandalman,

I grew up in Chambersburg, the next town away from Shippensburg. I used to go to summer baseball camp at Ship U, and then frat parties a few years later. I never knew you lived there, how funny!

sandalman
Aug 28 2005, 09:27 AM
well after geting my chem degree at Ship, i lived in Horse Valley (one valley over from Letterkenny while workng at Sunrise Electronics in chambersburg. SU parties were sweet... altho since i was in a band at the time i spent most of my partying time at The Keg, where one could enjoy both the local AND the co-ed options :D

Sandal, we used to go hiking, camping, and canoeing around the lake up at Horse Valley. My dad was stationed at Letterkenny Army Depot which is why I grew up in Chambersburg. And I definitely shopped at Sunrise Electronics a few times over the years. Man, what a small world this is. :D
