Anyone heard when its coming out?

I emailed Jonathan Poole the other day asking the same question. He stated it was almost ready. He also stated its a different format from the others. He didnt have an expected release date unfortunately.

I heard that the video will be coming out early October, before the tournament... maybe sooner. I saw some clips from the video in production..Very Cool!!! I have also heard the the video will be marketed on the USDGC website, so keep checking it for the update.

I think if I remember this right, they are scheduled for release at the USDGC, this year. Shortly after that Im sure they will readily available. I think I read that on the USDGC site.

Can anyone who has seen this DVD post reviews? I'm thinking about ordering it and wondering if it is as good as the '03 DVD.

It's too bad ... I really enjoyed the last DVD a lot. And learned a lot by watching it. Rumor has it they will not be making one for this years tourney. Anyone else here this?

There are some misconceptions surrounding the recently released video. While it was shot at the 2004 USDGC, it was not a USDGC video per se. Instead, it was a video on Championship disc golf utilizing footabe and quotes from the 2004 USDGC. In retrospect, we propably should have not used the USDGC logo on the cover.

From my perspective, I see many talented players out there who don't quite have the Champions mentality. I used to have it; I do not have it now. The goal of this video was to share some of the traits that might help talented golfers take their games to the next level.

Perhaps is shouldn't have been marketed or listed as 2004 USDGC DVD on the all of the retailers' websites. Very misleading title. If it was listed as "Champions - Winning at the Game's Highest Level" instead of USDGC then it would have been exact. I think too many people seen 2004 USDGC and ordered it without reading the full description (myself included).

Serg, Good point. We've tried to clarify this with dealers. We are also going to move it from the USDGC Pro Shop.

What A Drag. I loved the 2003 video and was waiting all year for the 2004 video. What were you people thinking? I can see if you want to do your "champions video", but do the tournament DVD as well for the love of god. This will help to open the door for the MSDGC to be the peoples choice for favorite tournament. I loved the MSDGC video. It was better as far as content than the 2003 USDGC DVD (if you don't count the playoff), but the film quality seemed better on the USDGC DVD than any disc golf video I had seen (better picture). I was looking forward to watching another DG DVD with solid film quality. This sucks.
