Most of these threads contain posts about local handicaps and local scores. Why aren't they in a local subforum?
The amount of converstaion not having to do with specific courses is clogging this forum. I know I have posted a topic about a specific course and it falls, only to be pushed down by a thread with 1000 posts about which local hit an ace last week.
I've also seen many other threads containing prudent course information pushed down in the same manner.
Without rambling any further, don't you think some of these threads should be moved to a Club subforum? The course in Greenville isn't new anymore.
I agree, but if any thread is receiving activity anywhere, it's a good thing... I gotta wonder regarding Greenville... is there a local website for them...? If not somebody ought to run w/ it...
True That... somebody ought to start an "Official club or club thread in that forum list....
Ok here's my peeve... all of the club affiliates should not have a link on the main page of the forum's but on another page... After you click into the category PDGA Affiliate Clubs then the whole mega list... otherwise the main page is getting a little looooong....
you w/ me pick-o-nizzle :)
Indeed. The spamming of this forum is unreasonable and unnecessary.

Well if yall are wondering, we are working on getting our webpage running now for the Greenville Disc Golf club, i dont see anyone ******** about the texas threads that are just as long as ours, and nor have i seen this page slowing down or having any probs, so i think you should worry about more important things in life
Yes club threads are long. Me have short atten... short .... shorts.... I like board shorts.
Sorry your Greenville thread was exampled. The Texas threads are just as much of a clogging.
Explain to me how whomever on Greenville's course shot a good round is a "more important thing in life".

I never said it was, its just a game, but worrying about what people post or how much they post is nothing important to worry about either

Dang Texans.
My point is that there are forums for certain topics and they aren't being used properly. I guess I'm a stickler for order and form.
Also, I believe this was addressed by one of the PDGA's higher-ups in a recent DGWN issue.

You should also do something about posters who start a thread about their specific driving problem when there are already more than enough threads regarding driving that they could have posted on or read through to see if there is something already written that might help.

Also, passive aggression should not be tolerated and anyone displaying as such should be reprimanded.
Some of us can't spend our entire day on a message board and searching for certain topics takes time. This board works in real time which allows for updated, new discussion. If there was only one thread allowed for any given topic, then this place would be even more cluttered than its "Courses" page.

Add to favorites it is a great feature. Read everything on Blakes site. Both problems solved.

even better lets do away with the ability anons have to create threads!! If you are anonymous you should definately NOT have all the privledges as the inverse!! :D
People who look at other people's profiles are creepy, in my opinion. I value my anonymity.

Because most of the discusions here are for courses and those that play them.
I have not problem how many post are about the NC course because I have never read any part of that page.
If you are a registered user, and you are logged on, you get these little red numbers that tell you how many post sense last time you were on the site.
As far as Texas threads? Those are usually the only ones I read. :D
