I just picked up a new Pro Valk. Man this thing got out there with very little effort!! I was tired from playing the two previous days, so I was just working on being smooth and throwing it flight. But, the Valk got a ways out there.

I have got to say, I am loving the newer Pro discs by Innova.

Anyone with similar results?

No...........A Valkerie is a longer distance disc , than the Viking. I throw them both.

A Viking is like a beat distance Roc. You can throw hyzer or turnover shots with it.

A Valkerie has considerably more distance and will flip over faster when snapped harder. They do go far !!!!! Currently the World's Distance Golf Disc.

I have a lot better luck with the Viking, I threw a Valkyrie a few times, and had no luck with it, just constant dive to the right only about 150 ft out, however..the Viking started off as a stable to slightly overstable disc, and now it's my go to slightly understable disc with a bit of a hook. At all of my local courses, there is a hole that fits it perfectly, miss an ace by about 4 inches every time I play.

Hmmm.......a friend of mine , throws what's called a " Frank'n Valk"..........ever heard of these.

They are an overstable version of the Valkerie , almost Firebird like. Insane !!!!!!

I still have a couple of the Original Red Candy Valkerie ,Star stamped weapons. /msgboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I have not tried , one of the New version , Valkeries though.

I have heard and own a few of the Frank en Valks....

I hate that the 2nd run came out that way....
