i have played just about every course on the north shore, could anyone give me advice for the best courses in illinois including the north shore

Drive down to Peoria with a friend and play McNaughton, Northwoods and Bradley. In the Joliet area play Mokena, West Park, Channahon and Shorewood. Shorewood is kind of short but I think it is fun.

I came up to Morton to see my family this summer and played some of the best courses ever! I played McNaughton, Northwoods park. I wish I would have had more time these courses, are some of the most beautiful courses I have ever played. Second only to Cedar Hill park which has two 18 hole championship courses. Anyways play the recomended courses you will enjoy for sure.

Rockford is worth the drive from the north shore also. They have two 18 hole courses in one park. UW Parkside is only about an hour or so away and is worth the drive. They have have two concrete tees on every hole. Nice mix of open and long and tight and short holes. Very well maintained.
