Whats wierd, is my Achillies tendon area hurts on my LEFT (non-planting foot). Whats up with that? I know i should keep off DG for awhile, but Gale Vaughn Memorial is coming up! NSAID's work great (Anti Innflamitory) like ibuprofen.

You are probably dragging I do it too.
Does it happen with different types of shoes?
Good question. I always wear inserts for heel. And ive been switching shoes too. That seems to help. I need to lighten my bag too. And after the GVM, im taking a break.

I agree but #15 is a tough call for me. Being a lefty I can park it but my whole shot is over the water. Sunday should be fun. Hopefully 150 peeps show.

This exact same thing was happening to me a few months back(I also wear inserts). Before i play now, I focus on stretching out my ankle area and have not had any pain since.

Be lucky you don't have shin splints. I have them from track, and if I play more then 14,000ft of golf in a day with my tournament setup, (mainly water is the heavy part) my shin splints flare up and I am in pain the entire evening.
