This is an old innova putter. I'm guessing it's an aviar from the fact that it looks almost identical to my aviar putt n approach. The only identifying marks on the disc are:
PATENT NO. 4,568,297
INNOVA CHAMPION DISCS, INC
SAN MARINO, CA. 91108-8368
And a black stamp that may have said something at some point.
The putter was given to me by a local pro around 1998. I used it for everything until I got a driver(polaris ls) then it became my putter until about 3 months ago when I got a wizard.
