Is there a reason why when tourney results become official round ratings are no longer available?

The initial ratings posted are only estimates and only available if the TD uploads the resolts prior to turning in the TD report.

When the TD report is officially received, the unofficial estimated ratings go away. After the ratings guys process the TD report the official ratings are posted.

Or something like that.
